Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamPlume's video delivery services (the "Service") provided by StreamPlume Media, Inc.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store or deliver content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or distributes malware. You are responsible for the content you upload and deliver through the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your API credentials. Usage is billed according to your selected plan.

3. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly availability for paid plans as described in the applicable SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement per the applicable plan terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamPlume is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
